About this event
The Italian Association of Arizona is bringing back its 11th annual Italian Festival, now at a new Scottsdale venue, with a two-day celebration on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The long-running festival is moving to a larger space at Scottsdale Civic Center at 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., giving attendees more space to experience a taste of Italy through expanded local Italian food vendors, wine tastings, live entertainment, Italian merchandise, and more. New activations include the festival’s first VIP section, offering exclusive perks such as three complimentary pasta dishes prepared by top chef Francesco Allegro and three wine or cocktail selections available only to VIP guests. VIP ticket holders will also receive general admission and six wine tasting tickets for La Strada del Vino. The Italian Association is also launching a Saturday bocce ball tournament with two bocce ball courts, with registrations for teams of four for $100, including general admission for each participant. On Sunday, local Italian restaurants will compete in the tournament for a prize.
