About this event
HYROX STRONG is a resistance session designed to build the strength you need for race day. Expect to progressively build over the weeks to develop posterior chain strength for sleds, leg endurance for lunges and wall balls, pulling and pressing strength for ski erg and burpees, plus grip and calf strength for farmers carries and running efficiency. This session will give you the confidence to tackle your next HYROX race
