About this event

About This Event

Join me for an epic trek through the towering hoodoos of Peralta Canyon to the stunning Lone Tree lookout, where you can enjoy a Prickly Pear Ale or drink of choice before we begin our descent back through this magnificent canyon!

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure as we tackle the rocky, breathtaking switchbacks of the Peralta Canyon Trail.

Our destination is the iconic Lone Tree, where we will take an extended break to kick back, enjoy our Prickly Pear Ale or drink of choice, and refuel with some well-earned snacks while soaking in spectacular desert views.

Because the canyon trail is rugged, steep, and uneven, proper hiking shoes or sturdy boots with excellent traction are absolutely essential for this trek.

The terrain at our lookout point is beautiful but rocky, so please bring a lightweight camp chair or a sit pad to ensure you can relax comfortably during our break.

Prepare for a steep, rewarding challenge through some of the best scenery the Superstitions have to offer—grab your gear and get ready for an awesome day!
