About this event

Young adults are invited to visit the Heard Museum on Sunday, November 8, at noon with Gather Valley of the Sun for an afternoon of learning and fellowship during Native American Heritage Month. The first 10 attendees receive free admission. An optional lunch begins at 11 a.m.

Taína Diaz-Reyes, who engages in multicultural ministries with ELCA Young Adults, will guide the experience. The gathering offers an opportunity to learn about Indigenous histories, cultures, and perspectives while connecting with fellow young adults.

As Lutherans, we are called to love our neighbors through relationships grounded in listening and respect. This shared experience invites participants to deepen that practice through learning together.
