Queen Creek Public Safety Day is set for Saturday, Feb.
21, from 9-11 a.m. at the parking lot of the Law Enforcement & Community Chambers building at 20727 E. Civic Parkway where police & fire & medical departments will provide public safety information, a K9 demonstration, interactive activities, and giveaways.
Two QCUSD teachers, Elizabeth Reynolds of Queen Creek High School and Lara Cox of Faith Mather Sossaman Elementary, renewed their National Board Certification; Reynolds, with over 20 years of music teaching experience, said the rigorous process reinforces her commitment to student success (QCUSD press release).
