Jake Hoffman, is proposing a bill that would bar any candidate from taking office if they registered as a paid lobbyist in the two years before the primary—this rule targets Karrin Taylor Robson after her January lobbyist registration with AZ Strategies LLC. - ➤ Beginning April 2, Pinal County Air Quality will issue only 3-day open burn permits with all permits expiring on May 1, and the county will stop issuing burn permits on April 30 until summer monsoons lower wildfire risk (state law bans open burning in Queen Creek from May 1 to September 30) (rising temperatures dry vegetation and boost fire dangers).
