- ➤ The People of Diverse Abilities Family and Resource Career Exploration Conference will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 26 at Central Arizona College’s San Tan campus at 3736 E. Bella Vista Road in San Tan Valley. Organizer Mary Gloria Foundation said the event will help families of youth ages 14 to 22 with intellectual or developmental disabilities learn about self-advocacy, career paths, personal growth and available local community and government resources — the event will also offer swag bags, food boxes and hygiene products.
