Queen Creek’s new Recreation and Aquatic Center opened on March 29 and accepts memberships only for local taxpayers, so nearby Pinal County residents can visit only as guests.

The town said the rule ensures that the $70 million facility benefits Queen Creek residents and its aquatic attractions will open at the end of May—residents outside the town remain disappointed.

Queen Creek Olive Mill won four silver awards for its extra virgin olive oils at the 2025 New York International Olive Oil Competition.
