Governor Hobbs signed Preston's Law, a new bill that increases punishment for group attacks after teen Preston Lord died from injuries in an attack outside a Halloween party in Queen Creek more than a year ago.
The law makes it a class four felony when attackers mob a victim — a measure designed to stop organized violence in our community.
