The Queen Creek Chamber has opened nominations for its 17th Annual Business Awards Dinner to honor local businesses, educators, and volunteers.

Nominations are accepted until Friday, June 12 and the event will be held on Thursday, Sept. 24 at Encanterra Country Club (36460 N. Encanterra Drive).

Maricopa County Public Health confirmed a measles case tied to visits in Queen Creek and Mesa (exposures occurred May 5-7) at Arizona Athletic Grounds and Pecan Lake Entertainment, raising total cases to 15.

Memorial Day Weekend: Grill at the Mill
