Queen Creek Town Council voted on May 20 to implement an emergency ordinance that limits e-bike speeds and bans motorized devices in parks with exceptions for designated entrance areas (a 15-mph limit also applies on sidewalks, trails, and parking lots) to curb rising disturbances.
