Construction will begin Thursday on The Switchyard, a $120 million multi-use project at the northeast corner of Ellsworth Loop and Ocotillo Road.
Phase 1 will continue through February and will impact access to Queen Creek Library (21802 S. Ellsworth Road) by closing the Ellsworth Loop entrance, moving ADA parking to the north, and replacing the drive-thru book drop with a walk-up option.
