Queen Creek Town Council approved QuikTrip’s rezoning and permit request on July 15 (6-0 vote) for a fuel station at the northwest corner of Cloud and Rittenhouse roads next to Schnepf Farms; the station will have a 7,152 sqft fuel canopy and a 24-hour convenience store.
