- ➤ Queen Creek Unified School District welcomed 2,660 secondary students as they began the 2025–2026 school year by enrolling in career and technical education programs in fields like engineering, culinary arts, and computer science. - ➤ Queen Creek officials may change the town code rule that makes standalone banks get permits for drive-thru teller lanes—planning administrator Erik Swanson said the change would cut a step that has never caused problems, as discussed at a July 23 meeting. Queen Creek Independent
