- ➤ Queen Creek Olive Mill will host three signature events this season— a guided paint night on Aug. 20 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., a free outdoor Labor Day grill on Sept. 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a garlic festival on Sept. 13-14 and Sept. 20-21 featuring live cooking demonstrations and local vendors. The mill, located at 25062 S. Meridian Road, will also offer visitors its award-winning extra virgin olive oils and farm-to-table fare. Queen Creek Sun Times
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ At Queen Creek Unified elementary schools, students attend physical education classes twice a week for 30 minutes that mix warmups, skill practice, and fun games—helping them build strength and teamwork.
