The Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce awarded its 16th annual Business Awards on Sept.
25, honoring local businesses, educators and residents. John Bittles was named Volunteer of the Year, Cortney Von Miller was honored as Educator of the Year, Academy Bank was recognized as Emerging Business of the Year, and Knockout Plumbing was chosen as Business of the Year (the awards dinner was presented by Salt River Project).
