  • Queen Creek will celebrate the holidays with a QC Hometown Christmas parade and a tree lighting ceremony featuring a 'Rockin’ Around QC' theme. The tree lighting ceremony is set for Friday, Dec. 5 from 6—8 p.m.—and the parade will start Saturday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. near Ellsworth Road and south of Victoria Lane in Town Center.  Queen Creek Independent

BUSINESS NEWS

  • America First Credit Union opened its new branch on Thursday at 22335 E. Queen Creek Road near the Marketplace at Hudson Station, with local leaders including Town Council Member Bryan McClure and Senate officials attending the event. The credit union donated $5,000 to Child Crisis Arizona for its Warm the Soles shoe drive and plans to open more branches by 2027.  Queen Creek Independent
