5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 21802 S. Ellsworth Road and a parade on Saturday, Dec. 6 starting at 10 a.m. in the Town Center (theme: Rockin' Around QC) with shuttles available from local off-site parking.

Hosted by Desert Club of Mesa, the 67th Annual Christmas Idea House opens today in a Pegasus Airpark home with a gala offering shop and dine options; public tours run Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. *The event supports student scholarships.*
